Acumatica raises $5-$10M
Acumatica, a Russian provider of Cloud ERP software, now based in Bethesda, MD, raises from $5M to $10M of financing from Visma, a portfolio company of an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR).
The company specializes in web-based ERP software to cover all mid-sized business needs. KKR acquired 15% of the company’s shares. It means that Acumatica’s valuation averages $33-66M.
The investment will be used to help Acumatica expand its sales and marketing effort.
