BEZRK-Belgrankorm to have an IPO

BEZRK-Belgrankorm (Belgorod, Russia) is planning to have an IPO in 2013-2014.

The holding management had such plans before the crisis, but they had to be postponed. The company doesn’t disclose any further details.

The holding was created in 1998. It’s main assets are located in Belgorod Region. According to Forbes, the holding’s revenue in 2011 equaled 20,2B roubles.
