Rostelekom to buy out its shares

According to its CEO Alexander Provotorov, Rostelekom may begin the buyout out its shares from the market. He didn’t disclose any further details of the buyout.

Timing for the buyout is now perfect – Rostelekom shares on Moscow Central Stock Exchange became 30% cheaper since the end of July (from 215 to 147,64 roubles).
