Sheremetyevo Airport IPO in 2012
According to Yury Kudimov, chairman of the airport’s board of directors and head of VEB Capital, a decision on making an IPO of Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport can be taken in 2012.
It will happen after a company to manage the airport has been chosen; no details of the IPO have been disclosed yet.
Kudimov also mentioned that the share of the government may be decreased after merging with Vnukovo Airport. He didn’t say when the mergers will take place though.
