A new research laboratory to be established in SFU
Southern Federal University and Rostov Cancer Research Institute signed an agreement to establish a joint Nanoonkologiya research laboratory.
The joint Laboratory is created for advanced cooperation and scientific exchange promotion in solving actual problems of experimental and clinical oncology.
It is assumed that the new equipment, purchased by SFU within Education national project, will help in studying biological samples and special matters to create next-generation drugs.
In addition, the project will explore the use of nanoparticles with a cytostatic effect for cancer cells blocking.
