The meeting of experts from Germany and Russia to take place in Perm

On Monday, March 19, a round table meeting Protection of small and medium-sized businesses from hostile takeovers (the experience of Germany and Russia) will take place in Perm Institute of Municipal Administration, the Perm business incubator website announces.

The topical issues related to the uprise of raiding in Russia, as well as methods to bring down this phenomenon will be discussed at the round table. Particular attention of the event administration will be paid to the economic framework for the protection of small and medium-sized businesses against hostile takeovers.

The roundtable will be held with the support of Perm Institute of Municipal Management, Administration of Perm and the International Cooperation Fund under the Federal Republic of Germany Ministry of Justice. Businessmen, government officials and scientists from Russia and Germany will take part in the event. This event will once again attract the attention of the authorities and business community to the urgent problems of protecting companies from raider attacks, as well as create a platform for communication and experience exchange of experts from different countries.
