Go Valley! to show Silicon Valley to the startupersGo Valley! program invites entrepreneurs to take an educational trip to the United States. From April 29 to May 11, program participants will get acquainted with the leading Internet companies and entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley. Go Valley! is developed with the active participation of the RedButton Capital venture fund, StartupPoint Community, non-profit partnership the Ural IT cluster, Startup Monthly business school and Microsoft company.

Go Valley! includes an educational part in the form of lectures, seminars, training courses and practical training in various formats.

The participants will become familiar with the infrastructure of the Valley: they will visit the offices of large IT-companies, meet with leading venture capital investors (DST, Garage Ventures, DFJ, Sequoia Capital, Intel Capital), visit business incubators and accelerators (Hacker Dojo, Y Combinator, Blackbox, Startup Monthly and many others). Dozens of networking-events will be available to everyone, and each participant will be able to choose suitable ones for his business and interests in particular.

Go Valley! graduates will be able to know what the American high-tech market is, what is the best way to open one’s own company and run a successful global business. They will be assisted by both Russian entrepreneurs who run a business in the USA (Andey Filev from Wrike, Alexey Babin from Clickberry, Vlad Voskresensky from Invisible CRM, and many others) and leading entrepreneurs of Silicon Valley.

A number of thematic seminars will take place during the program:
• Silicon Valley facilities: incubators, foundations, start-ups, events.
• The founders and co-founders: meetings with entrepreneurs, how to start a fast-growing project
• Legal structure of the company, structuring transactions and investments
• Start-up team: the selection, motivation and development
• Clients: receiving first and building long-term relationships
• The big ideas: how to search and recognize
• Attracting investment: how the seed stage works, what to expect from future investors
• The global market, the U.S. market and the Russian market: differences and regularities

Go Valley! is not only active networking and learning, but also the rest: the organizers provide such entertainments as yachting and a visit to Yosemite National Park.
