Belarus to hold an investment session for IT and Internet projects

Belarus Investor Day 2012 will be held on April 27 in Minsk, which will present the best Belarusian startups that have passed a rigorous G-Incubator selection to potential investors. The organizers promise to combine the best ideas with competence, expertise and capabilities of investors.

The focus of this year is IT and the Internet. As usual, Investor Day will be full of interesting presentations of venture capital funds representatives, surveys of the IT market sectors and trend analysis. Panels of experts and Networking will allow not only to get the latest information, but also to establish useful contacts.

The event will take place in three formats of investors' and projects meetings: project presentations, elevator pitch, individual meetings.

Investor Day program will include the final BIT Belarus, the Belarusian stage of the largest in the CIS innovative projects competition. Project managers will have seven minutes to present their ideas to the investment board. The same amount of time it will be allocated for asking questions.

Also during the day a panel discussion of experts on Trends in Venture Capital Market in Europe will be held, after which the event participants will listen to presentations of venture capital funds.

Investor Day will finish with individual interviews with investors, during which it will be possible to establish new business contacts and discuss prospects for cooperation.
