According to him, cooperation with Eastern partners is very difficult; Skolkovo has no partners of large companies neither from Japan or South Korea nor from China.

Vekselberg added that Skolkovo expects to attract South Korean company Samsung, as well as the Japanese companies Mitsubishi, Hitachi and Tell.
