Altai Krai holds the IV Innovation Fair

Innovation Fair is the largest annual exhibition event in science and innovation of Altai Krai. It is included in the Russian Business Angels first week program aimed at uniting the Russian Federation Regions by innovative ideas, education and technological progress. The Fair will be held for the fourth time this year; it will unite more than 25 Russian regions, over thousands of investors, and five thousand participants. Young researchers will present 74 business ideas at the Fair.

74 business ideas in four areas: energy efficiency and resource conservation, nanotechnology and new materials, medical equipment, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, information and telecommunication technologies to be presented at the Fair. The projects demonstrate the potential of higher educational institutions, research institutes, small innovative companies, innovation sphere organizations.

A business program is planned under the Fair of Innovation. An Attraction of Investments in Start-up Projects round-table is provided for beginning innovators. It is divided into two sections: the State Fund Program for Small scientific-technical Enterprises Promotion and the Support of Altai Krai Innovative Entrepreneurship Program.

At an expert session meeting on Commercialization of Priority Innovation Projects will be a presentation and discussion of the best high technology developments. Financial community representatives, industry, innovation experts, as well as professional associations are invited to participate in the session.

The event will take place at the site of the Polzunov Altai State Technical University.
