Rosinfocominvest receives funds to invest in venture projects

Leader managing company that controls the means of Rosinfocominvest state fund, intends to sell the shares in large companies (MTS, VimpelCom, Tele2 and Armada) in order to finance venture projects.

The Rosinfocominvest Fund came under the management of the Leader managing company this year. Prior to that the fund was managed by Capital MC, but due to some difficulties that arose between Capital and the management of the venture capital fund the decision to change the managing company was made.

New managing company of Rosinfocominvest is ready to sell all the securities that were bought by means of Rosinfocominvest and acquired by its predecessor Capital MC, as multiple MC sources told RBC daily portal. It was also confirmed by the interlocutors in the Leader MC.

In particular, Leader has already put an offer to sell 9.11% of the total number of placed Armada shares, and the negotiations with potential buyers has been already started.
