Research funds financing to increase to 25 B RUR
Russian President Vladimir Putin signed Measures to Implement the State Policy in Education and Science decree in May, 7. He instructed the government to increase the financing of public research funds to 25 B RUR in 2018.strf.ru news portal reports on this innovation news.
In compliance with the Decree the domestic expenditure on research and development should be increased to 1.77percent of GDP in 2015.
The share of Russian researchers’ publications in international scientific journals indexed in the WEB of Science, ordered to increase to 2.44 percent in 2015.
The long-term programs of basic research in the Russian Federation must be approved in December, 2012.
