Investment Bridge with the South-East Asia: the next link

A remarkable investment event - Business Mission to Hong Kong and Singapore took place in mid-April. RVC delegation, RVC Infrafond and its subsidiaries, International Center of Innovation Development has implemented a week-long program of meetings with the investment and venture funds. To have an idea about investment capabilities of potential partners and their level, it is enough to mention the names of such funds as the Pantheon and Macquarie with assets worth hundreds of billions of dollars.

The themes of the meetings were not only the Russian participants’ presentations, but also discussion on a number of specific projects in technology transfer. Investment funds, with billions of dollars resources, are interested in developing projects in the electricity, telecommunications, mining industry, and water use. Founds are interested in comprehensive and complex projects or promising innovations that can lead to quality growth of companies, industries or regions.

It was important to the Asian side that they have finally found a group of funds in the face of the RVC and the International Center talking to them in the language of investment.

We found support to our plans for business development in Hong Kong and Singapore. For example, the preparations to open offices in Hong Kong have already begun - Helen Mills, the General Director of International Center of Innovation Development said. Also, we are expecting guests from several investment funds in Moscow.
