RVC to hold a conference on the creation of new venture funds

A press conference on the theme of RVC starts the selection of managing companies (general partners) to create new venture capital funds: important details will took place in June 18, 2012.

We would remind you that the Board of Directors of RVC, JSC made a number of decisions in May 22, 2012 on approval of the basic parameters and criteria for selecting managing companies (general partners) to create new venture capital funds attracting the capital of RVC, JSC. According to the document, from 2012 till 2013 RVC plans to create several new diversified venture capital funds (seed investment funds and early-stage financing funds), as well as industry-special (cluster) funds. In addition, it is stipulated by the document to increase the capital of Russian venture capital funds at the stage of fundraising.

The CEO and Chairman of the Board of RVC, JSC Igor Agamirzyan and Director of the RVC Investment Department Yan Ryazantsev will tell about the main parameters and criteria for selecting managing companies (general partners) using the new Investment Partnership organizational form to create diversified and specialized venture capital funds.

Kosyachkov Roman, the Head of Public Relations of RVC, JSC will moderate the press conference.

The event will be held in June 18, 2012 at Moscow, Zubovsky Boulevard, Building 4, new press center in RAMI RIA Novosti, the Glass Hall.
