Ministry of Finance to allocate almost 68 B RUR for small businessMinistry of Finance intends to allocate 67.8 B RUR of subsidies from the federal budget over the next couple of years to support small and medium business of the regions. This is stated in the document published by the Ministry: Main directions of budgetary policy for 2013-2015 years.

The ministry hopes to provide small and medium companies with an access to finances, because these companies are the leaders in the process of the economy modernization. The Ministry is going to subsidize the cost of equipment leasing, the costs of innovative projects, there are also plans to develop infrastructure – a part of allocated money will be spent on the creation of micro-finance centers, private equity funds and special business incubators. All these measures will contribute to the further development of small and medium enterprises and the formation of industry structure for the innovative development of Russian economy, the document says.

In addition, some funds for the implementation of investment projects on the principles of public-private partnership are reserved by the Ministry for 2013-2015. 18.3 B RUR from the federal budget planned to be allocated for this purpose in 2013; in 2014 - 14.5 B RUR, in 2015 - 13.6 B RUR.
