A roundtable discussion on Investment infrastructure for innovative Russia: from startup to IPO took place on July, 19 at the Moscow Stock Exchange.

The event, organized by the UFS Investment Company together with JSC Technopark Glory, was attended by the managing partner of UFS Investment Company Helen Zheleznova, the Executive Director of Investment Market of the Moscow Exchange Gennady Margolit, the Head of Innovation and Investment Markets of the Moscow Stock Exchange Dennis Pryanichnikov, Managing Director of the Department for Small and Medium Enterprises of Vnesheconombank Alex Ternavsky, Deputy Director of Corporate Finance UFS Investment Company Jaroslav Vakhitov, the director of infrastructure projects Department of JSC RVC Sergey Makarov, Investor Relations Director of Armada Dmitry Chursin, the head of the Research and Education Center of Technopark Glory Xenia Temnikova; Director of the International Tax Asociates UFS Investment Grop Department Rustam Vakhitov, the founder of the social network Doctor at work Stanislav Sazhin.

According to Gennady Margolit, such events are very important for young innovative companies to understand the possibilities how to attract investments with thee help of the infrastructure of Russian stock market. Dennis Pryanichnikov said about specific instruments to attract investment, government support programs, and compensation programs to enter the public market, as well as about practical experience of domestic companies in investments attracting.
Jaroslav Vakhitov, the Deputy Director of Corporate Finance Department of UFS Investment Company told about the transformation of savings into investments on the stock market and opportunities for companies entering the public market, about how to attract funding for marketed shares, global trends of IPO companies in innovative sectors.

Jaroslav Vakhitov also said: The placing of shares on the stock exchange is the first step to work with investors, it is necessary to give a lot of attention to this area.

At the round table Rustam Vakhitov, the director of the Tax Department of International Tax Asociates UFS Investment Grop, raised the issue of creating an attractive investment legal framework for innovative companies.

The Roundtable was attended by representatives of innovative companies of Moscow and Russian regions, venture capital funds, banks, investment companies, infrastructure organizations, government agencies and the media - 159 people in total. Online translation was organized for those who could not attend the event. This option was used by more than 40 people.
