A tender to carry out the IV Annual NBAA Congress in 2013 has been announced

National Business-Angels Association(R) invites its members and other interested persons to participate in the tender to conduct the IV Annual Congress of NBAA 2013 - the main event of the Russian market of venture capital investments in 2013 and the culmination of the Second Russian Week of Business Angels.

The main criteria for winners selection:

- The impact on the regional and Russian markets of venture capital investments;
- The Balance of offer in terms of program's quality and the solution of organizational issues of the Congress;
- The support of regional authorities in conducting the event including financing;
- The interest and support of other potential partners;
- Preliminary agreements with potential sponsors.

Among the key activities to take place within the NBAA Congress and which should be organized by the winner of the tender are the Congress itself (lasts two days with up to 500 participants), a gala dinner and the annual NBAA award ceremony (up to 200 participants), Shared Deals Competition – a Presentation Session of projects that already received investments from the members of NBAA and aspiring to reach the next round of investment (up to 8 projects), as well as a training workshop for business angels and/or managers of angel networks and other activities.

Successful tenderer will need to prepare several halls for the planned activities, equipment, organize video and photography, a webcast, to conduct a PR action and to attract the target audience - business angels, venture capitalists and representatives of investment companies, representatives of public power, innovation infrastructure, representatives of large corporations and companies interested in the development of innovative projects.

The deadline for applications to conduct the Congress is November 30, 2012. The last day to select a winner of the tender is December 31, 2012. The Congress itself will take place in autumn 2013.
