Russian Energy Ministry proposes to consider Norwegian experience in the creation of the electronic exchange of ideas, technologies and projects, and to create a unified system of Russian suppliers in FEC to increase innovative openness of companies in the fuel and energy complex with state participation.
This is about an electronic exchange of ideas, technologies and projects supported by specific long-term orders, - the head of the Ministry Alexander Novak said, speaking at a meeting on innovative economy development.
He also says that the Norwegian industry-wide purchasing system is interesting. There are, he said, registered and operating key suppliers and consumers of oil and gas industry with clear standards of suppliers’ qualification.
In this regard, the Ministry of Energy proposes to create a single system of Russian suppliers in FEC.
In addition, the Ministry proposes to oblige state companies in FEC to disclose the information about their long-term investment programs (at least 5-7 years ones) of innovative products and services.
It is needed to prepare a proposal to increase the openness of innovative companies in the fuel and energy complex with state participation for enabling independent research centers and innovative companies to expertise and test new technological solutions, - Novak said according to RIA Novosti.
