Partizan.info, a resident of IT-Park, acquired the patent

Partizan.info project which is a resident of the second site of Kazan IT-Park’s business incubator in Naberezhnye Chelny received the patent for the useful model A system for mobile content distribution in local areas, the IT-park says.

The presence of the patent will allow the developers to strengthen the position of their product in the market, as well as to apply for a grant of Investment Promotion Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan in the amount of 5M RUR. Project leader Igor Lekontsev has ambitious plans: I want to start the expansion from Naberezhnye Chelny to the whole country and to use our office in the business incubator of Chelny IT-park as the management center of Partizan.info’s future branches across Russia.

The guys will start the extensive manufacturing of their product soon. The fault-tolerant platform of the system will allow creating a network of hardware and software complex of Partizan.info anywhere in the world where a connection to the Internet is available. The product is designed for interaction with mobile devices and the provision of mobile services. This is a kind of electronic promoter which interactively communicates with the consumer. The system automatically identifies mobile devices, prompts and teaches consumers to use mobile services and applications. User interaction is through Digital Signage technology (Touch Screen), Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NFC and the ability to use web-camera.

The project was started by a group of students of Perm technical universities who did not have a starting capital. In order to establish a partner network, the guys traveled the half of the country and all earned money was spent on traveling. There were 5 changes of the business model during the existence of the startup.

The leaders of Chelny site of the IT-Park met Partizan.info on June 6, 2012 in Perm within the scope of StartUpSabantuy! Expedition when the project won local competition. Then there was the victory in the Innovations in Telecommunications of the 2nd National Competition of innovative projects, the acquisition of the National project status, StartUp-school from the IT-park in Naberezhnye Chelny, participating and winning of the competition for placement in the business incubator of Chelny’s IT-park, moving to Naberezhnye Chelny, receiving of appropriate certificate from the hands of the Minister of Communications of the RT Nikolay Nikiforov and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov on the day of launching the second site of IT-Park, and finally the patent.
