Khloponin to exempt small and medium business from taxation and audits
We need to exempt small and medium businesses from taxes and audits for at least the first three years since their launching in order to foster their successful development. This thought was expressed by the presidential envoy of the North Caucasus Federal District Alexander Khloponin at the meeting with the staff and students of Stavropol State Agrarian University last Saturday.
According to him, once the small business starts to feel the tax burden, it starts looking for a way to escape from it: it moves to a different form of ownership and take other business forms. This causes the shadow business and that is not a positive thing for state: As soon as they become the shadow business, the cover-ups appear. And those cover-ups or gangsters are not only criminals, they can also be officials who will ask for a bribe. - Khloponin said at the meeting with the staff and students of Stavropol State Agrarian University on Saturday.
According to the presidential envoy, we need to help the emerging small and medium businesses.
The most important thing is that people work and get paid. - Khloponin said.
