VTB to give the equipment of APEC summit costing 20M RUR to FEFU

VTB will give Far Eastern Federal University the machinery and equipment that was delivered to Russky Island in preparation for APEC Business Summit 2012, VTB report said. The cost of the equipment is 20M RUR.

The event takes place in a building where Far Eastern Federal University and the student campus will be located in.

We decided to support the decision of Vladimir Putin to create an international education and research center on the basis of FEFU. - Andrei Kostin said, the Chairman and CEO of VTB Bank.

APEC Business Summit 2012 is held under the chairmanship of the Chairman and CEO of VTB Andrey Kostin. The event was attended by over 750 representatives of the business elite of the Asia-Pacific region, as well as the leaders of the Asia-Pacific region’s countries. During the event, the participants discussed the issues of globalization and economic integration, cooperation in the monetary sphere, the development of transport infrastructure and new technologies.
