Russia to send 95M RUR for R&D on energy conservation program

The Russian government plans to send 95 M RUR on research and development (R&D) in the framework of Energy conservation and energy efficiency for the period of up to 2020, the draft federal budget, published on Tuesday on the official site of the Ministry of Finance says.

In particular, 47.5M RUR will be allocated in 2013 for these purposes, in 2014 and 2015 - 23.75M RUR each year.

Another 2.797B RUR will be allocated by 2016 under the program for the procurement of goods, works and services for state needs: 1.113 B RUR will be allocated in 2013, 836M RUR in 2014 and 848.35M RUR in 2015.

The subsidies of the RF, except subsidies for the co-financing of capital construction of state and municipal property, in 2013-2015 will amount to 13.68 B RUR. The subsidies will be 3.298B RUR in the following year, 5.001 B RUR in 2014, 5.382 B RUR in 2015.
