Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev offered Russian companies to take part in a number of innovative projects of the republic. The proposal was made at the Ninth Forum of Interregional Cooperation of Russia and Kazakhstan. The agenda of the forum this year is the issues of innovation cooperation.
I invite Russian companies to participate in the innovation park in Alma-Ata, in the creation of science city Kurchatov at the former Semipalatinsk nuclear test site and in the center of agricultural innovations, - the president of Kazakhstan said. According to Nazarbayev, Kazakhstan and Russia are able to create a full-fledged technological innovation alliance.
He also proposed to establish a partnership between the Skolkovo and international university in Astana.
