North Caucasus to hold its third Innovation Forum

The III North Caucasus Innovation Forum SKIF-2012 and the North Caucasus Venture Fair will take place on October 10-11, 2012 in Kaspiisk, the Republic of Dagestan.

The forum is organized by LLC Dagkremny and LLC SKIF with the support of the Government of the Republic of Dagestan, a Nonprofit Organization Technopark Telemechanics and the National Association of innovation and development of information technology (NAIRIT).

The main objective of the Forum is the popularization and implementation of scientific and technological achievements and potential of the region, enhance the integration of science and economy, bringing new and advanced technologies to the region, creating favorable conditions for the launch of innovative processes.

The third North-Caucasian Venture Fair will take place within the Forum, as well as the demonstration of science and business - from ideas and technologies to developments and projects.

Round tables will be organized within the Forum and Trade Fair which will be attended by business leaders from Algeria, Turkey, Switzerland, Italy, Belarus, Bangladesh, Azerbaijan and North Caucasus Federal District. Projects all types will be presented - energy, construction, health care, education and other sectoral innovation projects, as well as developments of scholars and professionals from leading universities. The round tables will be devoted to the discussion of building innovation infrastructure problems, the transformation of knowledge into new technologies and products.
