Independent Expertise Of Russian Development Institutions On Oct., 11

An expert session on independent evaluation of the efficiency of Russian development institutes will take place on October, 11 at the innovation center Skolkovo.

The evaluation of the effectiveness of Russian development institutions is being conducted jointly with the New Economic School (NES) and the International Research Group chaired by the world-renowned expert in private equity and venture finance at Harvard Business School professor Josh Lerner.

The main task of the study is to determine the place of the development institutions in the implementation of state policy in economic modernization and the promotion of innovative industries. Independent expert group has developed a new technique of study. For two months, the experts have been conducting a survey of leading Russian and foreign economists, scientists, entrepreneurs and government bodies.

According to the results of the work, the group of experts will provide a set of recommendations to improve the development institutions.

Global discussion forum Open Innovations and the exhibition Open Innovations Expo are dedicated to the latest technologies and the prospects for international cooperation in innovation. The Forum will bring together representatives of business, government and science to exchange experience and analyze major global trends in innovation.
