Autumn University of NBAA in Moscow

Autumn University of National Business-Angels Association will take place from the 30th to 31th of October within Moscow International Forum of innovative development Open Innovations with the support of JSC Russian Venture Company.

The participants of the Autumn University will be more than 200 representatives of Russian leading associations of business angels, seed funds, service providers, public authorities and public institutions of development.

A panel discussion on the role of business angels in Russia will also take place within the event, as well as trainings by the National Business-Angels Association for the managers of seed funds and organizations of business angels, as well as seminars on attracting, selecting, structuring and post-investment support of projects and the creation and management of organizations of business angels and early stage funds.

A presentation session of Shared Deals Competition’s projects is also scheduled and will include 3 or 4 project that already received investments from the members of National Business-Angels Association and eager to conduct the next financial round.

The Autumn University of NBAA will help to increase the number of the local venture investment market participants and their good organization at early stages; it will also have a positive impact on the development of the market in Russia.

NABAA is All-Russian trade association of business angels and other venture investors at early stages that was established in 2009. NBAA members are all well-functioning organization of individual venture capitalists in Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Saratov, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Khanty-Mansiysk, Tomsk, Novosibirsk). NBAA is a member of the European Association of Business Angels since 2011.
