Fastlane Ventures Company, that creates new Internet companies, made some changes in its top management. Barak Ben-Avion has taken the position of managing director for investments. He will control the expansion of the international pool of investors and the attraction of investment for business development.

As noted by Fastlane, Barak Ben-Avion has business experience in launching and managing of technological startups. He has a lot of work experience in leading investment companies. Thus, he was a co-founder of several successful businesses (Flash Networks, Prolify), headed several international campaigns to attract investment (Lab-One, Iris Ventures, Nielsen Innovative).

Barack is well known in the Internet industry and in the international investment community, which is essential for success in attracting investments to the Russian online market, - the CEO of Fastlane Ventures Marina Treschova says. - Barack will be involved in the implementation of strategic plans of the company to strengthen and develop existing operating portfolio, and in the launch of new businesses in the next few years.

In his new position, Barak Ben Avion will replace Jere Calmes, who came to Fastlane in late May, 2012 and is leaving the company, planning to participate in new business projects. At the same time, Fastlane Ventures will continue to work with Jerry as a consultant for individual portfolio companies and for specific projects.
