RVC and the Moscow government signed an agreement on cooperation in the development of high-tech projects of Moscow companies. The document was signed by the Mayor Sergei Sobyanin and the head of RVC Igor Agamirzyan during the Open Innovations Forum that took place today.
Today's agreement is not a mere formality for us. There is a lot of ways to cooperate, - the head of the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship of Moscow Alexey Komissarov said, who believes that the policy of Moscow innovative development is based on the idea to join the efforts of various development institutions, and RVC is one of them.
The Parties will promote the realization of innovative projects in the priority areas of science, engineering and technologies in the Russian Federation in accordance with a List of critical technologies of the Russian Federation, and help to create a common information platform for innovators and VCs.
Among the areas of future cooperation are the organization of training for venture capital industry in educational institutions of secondary vocational and higher education including the help of international educational resources.
The most important thing for us is the maximum use of opportunities offered Moscow companies by RVC, - the head of the department said.
Komissarov noted that Moscow companies, in turn, will offer RVC's Funds projects to invest in. He added that the examination of projects, which can be conducted by RVC's specialists, will be important for the capital's high-tech entrepreneurs.
The Parties will develop the cooperation through the exchange of ideas, information, experiences, joint seminars, conferences, practical consulting and other joint projects in innovation and venture capital investment.
