Mr. Galkin did not disclose any terms of the agreement, nor did he announce the name of the Chinese partner in the JV. He only said that at the moment, FizTech-Energo only engages in assembling lighting fixtures from ready-made LEDs. The new production line will reportedly focus on the development and production of terminal leads, lenses and microchips for a crystal. The JV also expects to develop casings for LED lamps, lanterns and other lighting devices using LEDs.
