Russian StartUp Tour includes more than 300 projects

The second stage of Russian StartUp Tour took place on April 1-4 in four Russian cities - Vladivostok, Krasnoyarsk, Tomsk and Novosibirsk.

A group of experts and mentors from development institutions covered a distance of more than 13K km for 4 days to meet with young entrepreneurs and authors of innovative projects.

Russian StartUp Tour events were very popular in the regions: the second stage of the Tour involved 1005 entrepreneurs from the Far East and Siberia.

The group of experts and mentors from development institutions considered 47 projects in four Russian cities. The total number of projects that submitted applications for the participation in Russian StartUp Tour is over 300.

Most projects presented during the second stage of Russian StartUp Tour – 17 - are for IT and business. Some projects presented were in the field of instrument (10) and health care (12). There were projects for chemical and petrochemical industries, education, transportation and power engineering, mining industry.

The total volume of investment required for young entrepreneurs is more than 1B RUR.

During the Russian StartUp Tour event, the experts and mentors from development institutions made a total of more than 60 presentations and lectures in 4 cities and answered more than 120 questions from the audience.

Coaching sessions took more than 28 hours. Anyone could ask experts questions and receive advice on the development and promotion of projects.

The third stage of the Russian StartUp Tour road show starts on April 16 in Nizhny Novgorod (04/16), Astrakhan (04/17), Rostov-on-Don (04/18), Kaluga (4/19).
