Kazan startups take part in Kazan Venture FairThe VIII Kazan Venture Fair is a communication platform for building a constructive dialogue between investors and the management of new fast-growing companies in the sector of tech innovations. Managers of innovative companies with mid and small capitalization presented their business to potential investors, exchanged experiences and discussed the latest trends in the industry with their colleagues and representatives of federal and regional authorities.

A key feature of the Fair is a preliminary examination of applications submitted by small and medium enterprises conducted to make ensure they meet the requirements of VCs, as well as a mandatory specialized training of company owners and managers selected for the exhibition, which is aimed to help them create effective business presentations to potential investors.

The Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister of Informatization and Communication of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Shaikhutdinov reported Rustam Minnikhanov on the implementation of the Innopolis project. Yaroslav Shvetsov reported on the performance of IT Park’s Business Incubator.

The exhibition of Kazan Venture Fair included a presentation of several projects of IT Park’s Business Incubator:

- Purchase Registration Service (PRS) by DLS Company, which registers and identifies customers by their credit cards and keeps a record of purchases saving electronic versions of their cash receipts;
- Search engine for auto parts Avtozaper which is a single information and commercial platform for sellers, intermediaries and consumers of new and used auto parts;
- Marabaka – an international children's media brand (7-12 years), which includes the Internet portal, mobile apps, books and comics, as well as design kits and toys;
- Opteum – online service, Saas-based platform to automatize the infrastructure of taxi stations, transportation and logistics companies;
- HiPredict system that gives personalized recommendations for online shops and helps to increase conversion;
- Track Service - a software platform to monitor and control traffic in real time, from anywhere in the world using GPS/GLONASS systems;
- Online accounting service NEBO;
- 10tracks – a cloud storage for large music collections, which allows you to quickly upload music to the cloud from a variety of sources and play it on any mobile device.

Following the Fair, Marabaka project won the Best Presentation Award and received a gold diploma Promising Business.

The Director of IT Park Anton Grachev took part in the industrial section Investment in Information Technologies. He mentioned the barriers that impede the attraction of VCs in projects, and outlined his vision of solving this problem.
