The results of IT-startup EURASIA competition of business projects were summed up in partnership with the IT-START programme of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs. The competition ended the best projects selection period and involved strongest marketers, managers, and developers at the Ural State University of Economics as part of the Young Innovators Congress of the Eurasian Youth Economic Forum that took place on May 16-19 in Yekaterinburg.
The finals of IT-startup EURASIA involved 52 projects, 32 of which were defended remotely via Skype. The participants represented Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Tatarstan, Brazil, Czech Republic, and so on.
The event was supported at the federal level by the head of the federal programme IT-Start under the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Stanislav Sakharov. He noted in his welcoming speech to participants that the level of such events in the country increases year by year, and the youth, in turn, becomes more active creating more innovative projects.
Following the results of work, experts selected the top six projects: 1. Mafia - Igor Hasin, Moscow 2. Next Music - Pravedno-Schastliviy Aladdin Viacheslavovich, Kiev, Ukraine NextMusic. 3. Miiix - Sergey Ryabov, St. Petersburg 4. Online platform for joint business - Anton Voronov, Omsk 5. 3Dom - Dmitry Lavrinov, Ekaterinburg 6. Oriense - Vitaliy Kataev, St. Petersburg
Best developers fought for the victory during the finals - residents of Skolkovo Innovation Centre, the finalists of a youth research and innovation competition UMNIK, the finalists of a startup competition Imagine Cup, as well as the best projects of the federal project IT-Start.

The winners will get cooperation proposals from representatives of investment funds. SKB-Path Company presented a laptop for the 1st place, X-box device for the 2nd place. Other participants got the opportunity to take part in a Minute of Technoglory at Innoprom exhibition to take place in July in Yekaterinburg.
