Softline Venture Partners and Moscow Seed Fund invest in ITManSoftline Venture Partners and Moscow Seed Fund have invested in ITMan project, a cloud platform for complex accounting and management of IT assets owned by small and medium businesses (SMB). The total investment amounted to 12M RUR, 8M RUR of the sum came from MSF and 4M RUR – from Softline Venture Partners. The project is expected to reach its breakeven point in one and a half years.

In general, ITMan is a SaaS platform for complex accounting and management of IT assets. The product features include: software inventory; record of equipment, licenses, contracts, and software usage time; remote management; software delivery and installation; accounting and management of service inquiries, SLA monitoring, etc.

ITMan is an example of a potentially successful b2b-project: a team of professionals creates a product based on its experience in addressing existing problem. The startup has several options for development. However, we know the team and believe that it will succeed - Elena Alexeeva says, the head of Softline Venture Partners.

Alexey Kostrov, the executive director of Moscow Seed Fund, says in his turn: Given the increase in the number of information systems used by enterprises, ITMan’s solutions for the Russian business are highly relevant.
