RVC and Economic Development Ministry report on innovation development
A joint briefing of RVC and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation took place on June 20 at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. It was dedicated to a presentation of the first independent expert and analytical report on the implementation of the Innovation Development Strategy of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2020.
The report was prepared at the initiative of RVC and with the assistance of the RF Ministry of Economic Development; it was supported by development institutions and market participants.
The situation on the Russian innovation market will be reported by:
- Igor Agamirzyan, the CEO and Board Chairman of RVC JSC
- Oleg Fomichev, State Secretary, Deputy Minister of the RF Economic Development
- Alexander Galitsky, managing partner of Almaz Capital Partners
- Konstantin Fokin, the General Director of Moscow Innovation Development Centre
Speakers of the briefing will answer the following questions:
- How does the staff capacity develop in science, education, technology and innovation?
- What tools are used to stimulate business innovation activity?
- In what way are the tools to commercialize scientific research results being improved?
- What changes happen in the state apparatus to carry out the transition from resource-based economy to innovation?
