The Bank provided a credit line of $3B RUR to the SUE Stroyexprom for a period of 10 years for the purchase and renovation of non-residential buildings necessary to implement the Moscow Government’s investment project to create Moscow Technopolis.
The programme to stimulate economic activity for 2012-2016 approved by the Moscow Government provides for the creation of more than 10 similar zones in Moscow - technoparks, technopolises and industrial parks. Moscow Technopolis is one of the first pilot sites for the development of innovative production in the capital. The technopolis will have the most favorable institutional, organizational, legal, engineering and technical conditions for the residents, which makes it an attractive platform for both Russian industries and international companies involved in technology transfer. The implementation of the project will create 3,5K new jobs - the press-service of Sberbank reports.
Sberbank will introduce the product on July 25 in Moscow at the International Investment Forum Industrial Projects in Russia - 2013 organized by the Association of Industrial Parks.
