Results of the regular meeting of the Board of Directors ROSNANO

The Board of Directors took a decision about changing main parameters of ROSNANO participation in investment project “Nanofabrication of aspherical optical components” in connection with non-compliance with conditions of the agreement by a co-investor of the project, and need of output products line extension. For this purpose ROSNANO will allocate money up to 50M RUB. Investments will be directed on widening of the existing interferometer manufacture, which are used for making measurements and quality inspection ofoptical elements, and for development of directions of manufacturing complex of high-accuracy machines and aspherical optics in cooperation with the largest specialized Russian enterprises.

In compliance with the Government Executive Order of Russian Federation dated December 13, 2012 #2351-r, The Board of Directors has taken a decision on changing the main parameters of ROSNANO participation in the project “Construction and exploitation of European X-ray Free-Electron Laser”.

The construction of European XFEL – is an international scientific project with participation of 12 countries, realized in Hamburg (Germany). ROSNANO in this project presents the interests of Russian Federation and finances the project by order of the Government. In view of the fact that in the course of project`s realization there has been appeared a budget deficit, the participants have taken a decision about expansion of their deposits. In compliance with the Government Executive Order of Russian Federation, target contribution of Russia on European XFEL construction increased from initially planned €250M up to €306,4M (at values of 2005). At the moment ROSNANO`s share in XFEL is 26,24%.
