IPOboard opens new possibilities for innovative companies

The Online information and trading system IPOboard within the limits of All-Russian youth Forum “Seliger-2013” has conducted the “Invest Day”. On this event investors have been invited – representatives of leading Russian and International venture Funds, managing and investing companies from one side, and perspective innovation projects from the other side.

Within the limits of the organized investment session thee have been presented more than 30 perspective innovative projects on three main directions: IT&Telecom; Energy&New Materials; Biotech. During a three-minute speech each company-participant presented investors and experts their projects. Authors of the most interesting projects have met with potential investors.

The idea of IPOboard system services use, allowing young companies receiving debt financing from private investors and Institutes for Development, attracted great interest from companies-participants of investment session. Dmitry Bulavin – the director general of IPOboard and a leader of the Investment session noted: “The question of informing the innovation companies about possibilities of stock and close-stock infrastructure of the Russian market is very topical. I hope that today we have established a foundation for perspective appearance of new innovation “blue chips” ob Russian stock market”.

Within the “Invet Day” the IPOboard field has also organized a round table on the topic: “Innovation lift”. The key speakers have been the participants of “The agreement of Ten”, executed In April, 2010, and also a representative of the Moscow Government – Aleksey Komissarov (the department of science, industrial policy and entrepreneurism of Moscow). Among the spokesmen were: Dmitry Bulavin (IPOboeard), Denis Pryanichnikov (Innovation and Invetment Market Moscow Exchange), Sergey Blintsov (Zvorykinsky project, Nikita Utkin (Russian Venture Company), Mikhail Kharuzin (The Seed Investment Fund of RVC), Anton Voropaev (The Skolkovo Fund), and Anton Epifanov (Levenhuk).

The Round Table, organized by the IPOboard, gave young entrepreneurs an opportunity to get more information about the functionality of “Innovation lift”, which provides perspective companies growth and enter the capital markets.
