These innovation Startup-projects, selected from more than 1500 contest applications, will take part in educational-acceleration program, which is for the first time conducted this year within the limits of BIT – Generation S.

In 2013 BIT entered a new development level, not only gathering a record number of applications during all its 10-year history, but also acquiring a status of the first national accelerator of technological projects Generation S. A unique educational-acceleration program is developed by RVC jointly with State budgetary institution “Moscow Innovation Development Center” and Center Digital October.

“We congratulate all semifinalists and are sure that all participants will remember BIT as the first and a very significant step on the way to their own business-projects development, - said Gulnara Bikkulova, a director of innovation markets department at RVC. – All semifinalists will become a part of Generation S – society of the best Russian Startups, around which there will be accumulated resources and connections, required for development of successful technological business”.

And a leader of Startup RealSpeaker in September presents its project to investors of Boston and Silicon Valley within the limits of Russian Innovation Week.

“The main thing in BIT, as in real sport, is not a victory but participation. All the projects, filing applications on BIT, received an opportunity for development. These are experts` recommendations, mentors` help, and simply the best useful experience. I consider this to be the main result of the contest”, - said the Chief of organizing committee of BIT Natalya Tsarevskaya-Dyakina.
