Altair Capital invested in the project of mobile commerce GoodwinThe Fund Altair Capital, founded by famous venture investor Igor Ryabenky, invested in the project Goodwin. At its Startup-stage the Company has been estimated $3M, the amount of the bought out share in the stock capital has not exceeded 15%.

The Goodwin was founded by top-managers of payment systems Chronopay Dmitry Shmakov, and Qiwi Sergey Baldin.

The service Goodwin id the first in Ru.net field for immediate shopping, combining online and offline trading channels. Particularly, the service offers users to acquire published in magazine or catalogue goods, making a picture of them on mobile device, and paying for it with a credit card. Besides the virtual shop-windows in the press, the Goodwin uses surfaces in places with high city traffic, for example, stations, airports, trade centers, and the Company has in plans to cooperate with underground and city land transport.

“We believe that the future of e-commerce is trading with any media and with use of any devices. There is the same difference where to buy and how to buy”, - noted a founder and director general of the Goodwin Dmitry Shmakov.
