Russia?s first private industrial park broke ground earlier this month in Tatarstan?s Alabuga special economic zone, in the mid-Volga area. The park will lease facilities out to innovation companies that don?t want to build their own factories, BFM.ru reported. The future A Plus Park Alabuga project will reportedly cover an area of 37 hectares and accommodate a total of 200,000 square meters of production and office space. This $200m real estate development project is expected to have four construction stages.
