Russia?s first private industrial park broke ground earlier this month in Tatarstan?s Alabuga special economic zone, in the mid-Volga area. The park will lease facilities out to innovation companies that don?t want to build their own factories, BFM.ru reported. The future A Plus Park Alabuga project will reportedly cover an area of 37 hectares and accommodate a total of 200,000 square meters of production and office space. This $200m real estate development project is expected to have four construction stages. The first stage is slated for completion in late 2014, and the remaining stages will follow between then and 2017. The projected payback period is seven years...
