MSS GLONASS is nearing the finalization of a strategic partnership deal with a ?leading transportation company in the UAE,? East-West Digital News, the international resource on Russian digital industries, reported earlier this week, citing RNSinfo, a Russian website covering developments in the domestic navigation sector.
