The residents of Novosibirsk?s Academpark, the local techno-park, achieved ten times the rate of production growth in the Novosibirsk region?s entire industrial sector last year, Delovoy Kvartal, a Russian business portal, reported last week, citing Vladimir Nikonov, the regional minister of science, education and innovation policy. According to Mr. Nikonov, in 2012, Novosibirsk regional industry grew 9%, while the techno-park residents boosted its output by a hefty 97%.
