Vegas Tech Fund invests in the Ukrainian Startup for programmers The American Fund Vegas Tech Fund invested in the founded by Ukrainians project ChekiO, which gibes developers tools, allowing in the game form writing program code. The investment sum is not disclosed. It is planned to close the round during the next weeks.

“This is a great honor for us and not only money, but a reliable partner”, - said Chief of the Ukrainian project Liza Avramenko. At the moment the project has about 24 thousand participants. In May 2013 ChekiO became the resident of the Boston business incubator TechStars. In the end of August Liza Avramenko said to the publication Boston Business Journal, than in connection with new investors’ attraction the project’s team can move from Boston to USA West Coast.

Founder of the Vegas Tech Fund is American internet entrepreneur and Chief of the project Zappos.com Tony Hsieh. The Vegas Tech Fund possesses the experience of investing in such companies, as SkillShare and Romotive. The first one is society for knowledge and skills exchange. The second one allows creating robots, using the program tools of a smartphone.
