Yevgeny Senderov, investment director of VTB Capital, has left the Board of Director team of the Russian IT-company Luxoft, - informs the Company.

Instead of Yevgeny Senderov the Luxoft Board of Directors entered Mark Kasher. Besides, he joined the Committee on audit instead of the left Brian Monk. Mr. Kasher takes position of managing director in financial company PineBridge Investments. Changes in the Board of Directors team are on effect since September, 25.

Thus, the Board of directors of the Holding includes the President of IBS Group Anatoly Korachinsky, Thomas Pickering, Mark Kasher, director of “Luxoft UK Limited” Glen Granovsky and representative of IBS Brian Monk.

The Company Luxoft, services supplier in the sphere of software and IT-solutions sphere, is the subsidiary enterprise of the Russian IT-group IBS. In July the Company distributed at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) more than 4.6 million of A-class shares, earning almost $80M. The whole company has been estimated at IPO for $554.2M. The head-quarter of Luxoft locates in Switzerland.
