Continues the applications taking for competition of the 3rd Annual Award in the sphere of innovations “Innovations time-2013” – independent award for achievements in the sphere of innovation activity, which has already received public and business recognition.

Aims of the award are reveal and encouragement of the best innovation projects and practices, directed on stimulating, implementation and promotion of innovation developments.

Among the main nominations of the Award: “R&D Director of the year”, “Innovation program of the year”, ‘Opening of the year”, “Innovation project of the year”, “Technical innovation of the year”. As it was last year, the list of nominations of the Award was changed. Particularly, the newness of this year became establishment of the nomination “Small innovation project of the year”.

“Constant interest to the contest from the side of business-society proves the need of innovations popularization. And if efforts of the leading companies already resonate with public, then understanding of the role of small innovators in the economy is much eroded. We are sure that encouragement of technological entrepreneurs together with leaders of the economy will increase prestige, and will contribute to objective perception of innovation-entrepreneurship activity significance”, - comments newness the executive director of the Award Yelena Khomutova.

Among laureates of the Award of recent years are: JSC Concern “Sozvezdie”, JSC Concern “OceanPribor”, JSC “Rostelecom”, JSC “Power machines”, JSC MOESK, Asus, the company “Megafon”, Rating agency ‘Expert RA”, JSC “Russian railways”, JSC “Russian Bank for Small and Medium Enterprises Support”, JSC “RTI”, JSC “Severstal”, International airport Sheremetyevo, State corporation “Rosatom”, JSC “Inter RAO UES”, JSC “MTS”.

The solemn ceremony of the laureates award will be held in December, 2013.

The Award is initiated by the Fund ‘Social projects and programs” with association of the Ministry of the economy development of the Russia Federation, the Ministry of communication and mass media of the Russian Federation.
