The “ABR Management” has established a new venture company

The group “ABR Management”, which manages securities of the bank “Rissiya”, has established the “Venture Investment Company”, LLC, as leads from the database “SPARK-Interfax”. According to explanations in the bank, the company is “established for making investments in attractive branches and perspective projects”.

At this stage the company makes selection of the projects for making investments, however there is still no information about how will this structure work (whether it manages some funds or intended to invest in companies itself).

Founders of the company, except the “ABR Management” itself, became four affiliated with it people – Dmitry Lebedev, Dmitry Mansurov, Mikhail Klishin and Mikhail Dedov. All five co-owners have 20% of shares in this LLC. The new legal body has been registered in Saint-Petersburg in September.

The “ABR Management” has been founded in the end of 2011, it manages shares of Yury Kovalshuk, Nikolay Shamalov and their partners in the bank “Rossiya”, “SOGAZ” and National Media Group (NMG).
