According to the Chief of the Ministry of Communications and Media of the Russian Federation Nikolay Nikiforov, has been brought the draft law on decreasing size of companies, which will claim privileges on insurance premium. There was a limitation up to 30 people for IT-companies, and according to a new draft law there will be 7, and IT-startups correspond it.

Such announcement has been made at the meeting of the Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin with participants of the “Startups in Internet” project from the Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF).

Mr.Nikiforov has underlined that for these startups salary is the key expense item. Besides, he informed, that the Ministry gets ready initiative in the sphere of options, “that is opportunities for workers in advance to gift and promise companies offers, make it co-owners of the business”.

“This is the very strong motivation, because all teams are young, all of them are active, and unfortunately our legislation is not so flexible here. We also plan to remove this”, - said the Minister.
