Acumatica attracted $10M

The company “Acumatica”, the provider of cloud ERP-solutions for small and medium business, attracted investments in amount of $10M within the round C from the investment funds “Runa Capital” and the “Almaz Capital”. Investments, received in this round of financing, will allow the “Acumatica” accelerating dynamical growth of indexes, and also widen a network of partners and make their product the most popular cloud ERP-solution from small and medium business all over the world.

“The “Acumatica” shows great growth rates, - says CEO of the Company Yury Larichev. – It is possible to say with assurance that this year we will keep previous growth rates, which comprise 350%. This financing round will allow us more effectively promoting the brand and improve the product, which soon will become the best cloud ERP-solution from small and medium business”.

The Company “Acumatica” was founded in 2007, and specializes on development of cloud ERP-solutions from small and medium business. Through its partners’ network VAP, ISV and OEM, products “Acumatica” are sold in USA, Canada and Mexico, besides, in Europe, South-East Asia and Middle East work embassies of the company. In Moscow locates the R&D office of the company, the main part of developers are Russians, the head-quarter of the company is in Kirkland, Washington.

“We have a strategic development plan for the product with numerous innovation additions, and also sales channel, participants’ quantity of which increases faster than we could only imagine, - says Yury Larichev. – We have already started to get profit. In the previous round in 2011 the “Acumatica” received investments from the “Visma”, the portfolio company of the Fund “Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co”, and in 2009 – from the Fund “Almaz Capital”.
