Practice tools for the project preparation to dialogue with an investor

Within the V All-Russian business forum “Infrastructural projects of Russia 2013” will be conducted master class “How to prepare the project to dialogue with investor. Practice tools”, in which will take part Mytarev Sergey Anatolyevich, chief adviser on investments of the Infrastructure Department of International Financial Corporation (IFC).

The day before the conference Sergey Anatolyevich informed the committee of the Forum about his vision of infrastructural market in Russia.

“To my opinion with the right projects’ structuring, adequate Governmental regulation and honest distribution of risks between participants, any sector of infrastructure becomes attractive for investments. Financial organization, focused on development, we are ready to cooperate with all the participants of the infrastructural market in Russia, we are ready to cooperate and finance investment projects.

According to our experience in Russia, investment climate assist in attraction of investments in infrastructure. It is difficult to name the country’s region, where there is no need in infrastructure development, whether it be transport, housing and public facilities or energetics.

One of the most important problems on investments attraction in regions from my point of view, being a bank worker, the most important problem is a break between existing need in infrasturucture development financing, and availability of collaborated projects, ready to attract investors and bank financing. To my opinion, this refers to regional infrastructure particularly.

I hope very much that the Forum will again become the field for open discussion of the core problems on modernization and development of infrastructure of the country, and also experience exchange for its solution.

Within the Forum limits it would be great to listen to opinion of market participants about how International financial development institutes could render productive support in the sphere of infrastructure, taking into account current situation in the country’s economy and the world on the whole” – Sergey Mytarev, chief adviser on investments of the Department of International Financial Corporation (IFC).
