Altair Capital invested in the Ukrainian startup 1NewTrack.com

The venture fund “Altair Capital” invested in the startup 1NewTrack.com, founder and head of which is graduate of the business-incubator “Happy Farm” Alladin Pravedno-Schastlivy”. The sum of the deal, which has been executed since the end of the august, is not disclosed. According to the founder of the startup, investments will be directed to increase of the PHP team, iOS- and Android- developers.

Initially the project has been named the “NextMusic.TV” and has selected music for mood. But in October it has made pivot and now selects by one track per day personally for user’s interests, basing on his data from social networks.

“WE want to take two-four people in our team: two PHP-programmers and by one developer for iOS and Android, - said Alladin. – Creation of mobile applications for two most popular platforms – not initial task, but I hope this expected happiness will appear. The near tasks are creation of musicians promotion and further service development”.

The managing partner of the Fund “Altair Capital” Igor Ryabenky has been mentor of the team in incubator “Happy Farm”. In august, before pivot, the project by Mr.Pravedno-Schastlivy received seed investments in amount of $15K from the Boston business-angel Semen Dukach. Solution to invest in the “NextMusic.TV” Mr.Dukach explained by the fact the project showed excellent dynamics at its early development stage, and also by his sympathy to this team.
